Founder & Lead Trainer
Dan is passionate about making a difference to people’s health and wellbeing. Through his tailored training sessions he will help you achieve your goals – whether they include a reduction in body fat from your problematic areas, improvement of movement patterns, increase in lean muscle or a full body transformation.
I am an enthusiastic and motivated trainer who caters for a varied spectrum of client’s, ranging from all ages and abilities. I am constantly working on improving my own knowledge/skills to keep up with the ever changing fitness world.My programmes are tailored for each individual and you will achieve your goals using them.
My fitness background, started when I was in my teens, when I studied dance at college, realising it wasn’t the direction I wanted to go in, I then trained to be a level 2 fitness instructor, I then went on to become a freelance group exercise instructor teaching: body pump, spin, bootcamps, tone and more all across London.
Sports Massage isn’t just for people who take part in sport. It can also help alleviate back pain, improve joint flexibility, improve blood circulation, break down stubborn scar tissue and help with stress relief. Having a regular sports massage will allow you to train harder and push yourself on to new levels.
