Elite level sport isn’t to be taken lightly. Training, periodisation and injury prevention are key factors in making sure your client reach’s optimum condition on fight night or game day. Margins are so small, that being a fraction quicker, a touch more powerful or having slightly superior conditioning levels to your opponents is put simply the difference between success and failure.

Having your clients mentally prepared for the event is as important as being physically ready. If you can’t apply your hard work on game day or fight night then the objective of the camp or training block was not met. Dan is incredibly passionate about improving every aspect of his clients and this passion and hunger to succeed comes across with any time spent with him..

All of our athletes go through a thorough pre-screening, movement analysis and a number of functional movement tests to identify any overactive muscles, tightnesses or imbalances that need to be addressed to reduce the likelihood of future injuries and allow our athletes to reach optimum performance levels.
