With many years of playing rugby at a high standard and being in the fitness industry, firstly as a Personal Trainer and now as a Sports Massage Therapist Guy knows first hand how vitally important it is to look after your body.

My philosophy is that Sports Massage isn’t just for people who take part in sport. It can also help alleviate back pain, improve joint flexibility, improve blood circulation, break down stubborn scar tissue and help with stress relief.

For anyone who knows about training and getting results, they know recovery is as important as the training itself. Having a regular sports massage will not just aid recovery times and suppleness, but will also allow you to train harder and push yourself to exceed your goals reaching higher levels of fitness than you have previously been able to attain. Looking after your bodies core muscle groups will allow you to maximise your training and achieve better results.
