Matt is an enthusiastic and motivated trainer who caters for a varied spectrum of client’s, ranging from all ages and abilities.

From one to one sessions, to group scenarios; He works with a variety of goals, ranging from fat loss to full body transformation. He is constantly working on improving his own knowledge/skills to keep up with the ever changing fitness world. In doing So he is able to deliver programmes with the latest methodology, in a safe comfortable way.
