I’m a keen runner and have completed many half marathons in the UK and abroad. Working towards a challenge helps me want to always be better.
I believe that anyone can achieve the results they want with the right help, attitude and motivation.
My aim is to provide my clients with a service of high quality personal training, that will help them achieve their goals effectively.
What ever your goal, I will train you to train well, focusing on posture, functional movement, flexibility,, strength, stability, fitness.
My fitness background, started when I was in my teens, when I studied dance at college, realising it wasn’t the direction I wanted to go in, I then trained to be a level 2 fitness instructor, I then went on to become a freelance group exercise instructor teaching: body pump, spin, bootcamps, tone and more across all different london gyms.
My love for fitness grew and I then qualified as a level 3 personal trainer which I have now been for 4 years, whilst still teaching a few classes.
In this industry you can never stop learning and its forever changing, so I keep myself up to date with current courses relevant to me and my client base.
I’ve recently completed my sports and remedial massage diploma, which helps me understand my clients better and allows me take my services in a different direction to just training.
I’m also a keen runner, and have completed many half marathons in the UK and abroad. Working towards a challenge helps me, want to always be better.
I believe that anyone can achieve the results they want, with the right help, attitude and motivation.
The want for a healthy lifestyle should not just be cosmetic, but for good health, mind, body and soul.
I’m really approachable and easy to get along with making your time enjoyable and productive.
